The Broncos have signed veteran long-snapper David Binn, the team announced on Friday. Binn, 39, handled the snapping duties for the San Diego Chargers in 256 games from 1994 through Week 1 of the 2010 season before landing on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Binn was released by the Chargers at the end of training camp and spent the 2011 season as a free agent. Junior Seau, former NFL linebacker, was arrested for domestic violence in Oceanside, CA, on Monday.  This occurred hours before he drove his car off a cliff in nearby Carlsbad.
