The Cyber Age has descended. We are totally engulfed in videos, texting, MySpace, Facebook and Twitter. We must be constantly connected. Everyone has to know where we are, what we're doing, what we're thinking. David Caruso with, we suspect, a huge knot in his back from Frank Nein's noodging, has joined the fray.     CSI: Miami star David Caruso is facing more legal woes - his former nanny is suing the mother of his children. Maria Vianey Guadron filed suit against the actor's ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez earlier this week claiming wrongful termination and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Guadron cared for the couple's two children before the pair split in 2007 and then allegedly went to work solely for Marquez. The nanny says she was fired after she refused to sign a confidentially agreement which she claims would have barred her from speaking about matters discussed in private with Marquez. As we crouched at the end of a long, slippery slide, waiting to catch The Babe as he rapidly descended, we heard behind us, "Horatio, come 'ere, boy"!
