David Caruso - All The Way

Our favorite scene in CSI Miami's Season 7 is in "Seeing Red", showing Horatio Caine (David Caruso) with the dying deputy. It was one of the finest pieces of television drama we've seen in a long while. We'd match it any day or time with Grissom's (William Petersen) reaction to Warrick's death on CSI LV. The two scenes provide an interesting contrast. The view of many, that each trauma must be over dramatized, is absurd to the max. Television is an intimate, one-on-one experience. A blogger's view of David Caruso: "For dinner the four of us go to Carney’s in Studio City. It is a Sante Fe railroad car converted into a hot dog stand. Only 5 tables and one other family there – an Hispanic women, a child, her elderly mother and a man. It was hard not noticing the man’s flaming orange hair; we recognized him as David Caruso from the CSI TV series. RIP, HP. When the dreaded time comes, we're usually in a perpetual state of shock. Why? We knew, for a very long time. That knowledge became increasingly more apparent in recent weeks. Now, it has happened. Are we grieving? Absolutely not. We are pissed.
