David Caruso: Crossover Bumps Ratings

"CSI Miami" upped their ratings with the first installment of The CSI Trilogy on Monday, which continues tonight on "CSI NY". Several sites showed they pulled in 14 million viewers for sweeps week, though that probably includes the dvr viewers. Still, over a million more than last week, admittedly a low point for them.

David Caruso, Laurence Fishburne, and the Miami CSI team began the trilogy with a strong outing; we expect the momentum to continue through Thursday's conclusion.

Highly touted by CBS throughout the previous weeks, this is a first for the long-running franchise, a merging of all three into one storyline. Be sure to catch the second segment on "CSI NY" tonight and the finale on "CSI LV" on Thursday.

CBS: "CSI: Miami" (13.8 million, 8.9/15)
ABC: "Castle" (10.7 million, 6.9/12)
NBC: "The Jay Leno Show" (4 million, 2.6/4)
