The Daily Mail has revealed the first photos of Justin Timberlake in David Fincher’s The Social Network, co-starring Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield.
Timberlake is playing internet entrepreneur Sean Parker, the co-founder of Napster, who began informally advising Mark Zuckerberg (played in the film by Jesse Eisenberg), the co-creator of Facebook and later became its president when the company incorporated in 2004.

One of the things that strikes a lot of Oscar viewers is
when a movie is nominated for Best Picture but the director isn't nominated for
Best Director. There's usually a lot of symmetry there, but a couple of years
ago, Ang Lee won Best Director for Brokeback Mountain even though the
film didn't win Best Picture.
That's fine, if the direction of the film stands out as
clearly being that far above what everyone else is doing. I'm not sure in that
case that awarding Crash Best Picture... Read Full Story
One of the more promising pairings we've heard about in
recent months is director
David Fincher and
Matt Damon .
The project is an adaptation of
Torso , a "true crime graphic novel"
released back in 1998. It's about a string of murders attributed to The Torso
Murderer in Cleveland during the 1930s. I don't think I need to explain the
name, do I?
The investigator on the case was Elliot Ness, likely the
only FBI agent you can name. And perhaps because it plays better, the name of... Read Full Story
A few weeks ago,
the future
looked a little bleak for the film adaptation of the graphic novel,
Torso , by Brian Bendis and Marc Andreyko. The word was that with
David Fincher
climbing aboard a Keanu Reeves movie about a chef, which Fincher describes as "a
celibate sex comedy," Paramount had a deadline for the project that Fincher
wouldn't be able to meet.
But he has since talked to
MTV
about the film, which will be called
Ness , a more marketable but perhaps
less descriptive... Read Full Story
I suppose we should thank our lucky stars that David Fincher responded so emphatically to a question about making a sequel to Se7en . Now, how that's even remotely possible, I have no idea. Well, I guess maybe I do; you could go the copycat killer route.
Cinema Blend reports that while speaking at a question and answer session for another Brad Pitt movie, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button , Fincher shot down the notion rather succinctly: It won't happen.
"I would have less interest in... Read Full Story
A few weeks ago we were lead on that Columbia Pictures and director David Fincher were interested in casting Jesse Eisenberg to play the role of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in the Facebook movie written by Aaron Sorkin, The Social Network. It seemed they were also keen on Justin Timberlake to join the cast as well. He was set to play Sean Parker, the creator Napster who played a major role in Facebook’s inception.
Now according to Variety , Columbia and Fincher have officially cast... Read Full Story
The story of a man who ages backwards may sound gimmicky to say the least, but with David Fincher as its director, and Brad Pitt as the protagonist, 'The Curious Case of Benjamin Button' is elegant, well structured, and well acted by the entire cast from Pitt, Cate Blanchett , and Taraji P. Henson .
Spanning over 60 years of the character's life, and given a running time of nearly three hours, there's plenty of time to absorb this visually and uplifting fantasy.
Set in 1919, a mother... Read Full Story
Reporting from New York — David Fincher’s new film, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button,” opening Christmas Day, is in many respects an archetypal award-season movie: a decade-spanning tear-jerker filled with big stars and grand themes and sweeping emotions.
But for the 46-year-old Fincher — the virtuoso auteur behind many of the most indelible serial-killer movies of the last dozen years (1995’s “Se7en,” last year’s “Zodiac”), the fanboy favorite behind the head-banging ultraviolence... Read Full Story

WATCH FREE MOVIE DOWNLOAD REVIEW With writer Eric Roth (Forest Gump) and director David Fincher (se7en/Fight Club) driving the proverbial boats for this movie, I have to say that before watching it I had pretty high expectations. Unfortunately, for the majority of movies they never live up to the hype one creates in the intervening time between the trailers and seeing the movie. Fortunately, The Curious case of Benjamin Button was better than I expected it would be... Read Full Story
