  Now David Icke who I am a big fan of calls this the "Totalitarian Tip Toe". Basically this is kinda like the example I heard in a movie called Dante’s Peak with Pierce Bronsan where he gives this example of putting a frog in warm water then slowly turning up the heat and the frog will sit in the pan and boil to death, this was in relation to a volcano about to erupt.
