Rejoice, David James Elliott fan! The former JAG star will appear again on CSI: NY . The actor guest-starred on the January 8 installment of this CBS hit as FBI agent Russ Josephson, the ex-husband of Sela Ward’s Detective Jo Danville. There were clearly sparks remaining between the former couple. In April, TV Line reports, Josephson will return in order to help Danville through a difficult family situation.
