After a seemingly endless election season, tonight Brad Lander won the general election for the race to fill Bill deBlasio's City Council seat. The Democratic primary was an intense 5-way race between Lander, Josh Skaller, Bob Zuckerman, Gary Reilly, and John Heyer.
