Governor David Paterson says he'll introduce legislation that would legalize gay marriage in New York. Whether or not it will pass is the question.
Paterson told an Ithaca radio station on Wednesday that he wants to advance legislation in Albany to allow gay couples to marry even if it doesn't have enough votes to pass.
