David Roger (b. 1961) is currently the Clark County, Nevada District Attorney in Las Vegas. He will be prosecuting O.J. Simpson, who is accused of robbing two dealers of valuable sports memorabilia.

O.J. Simpson arrested over Las Vegas robbery
Former football star O.J. Simpson, who was acquitted in 1995 of murdering his ex-wife, has been arrested in connection with an alleged armed robbery last week in a hotel room in Las Vegas, police said on Sunday.
