THE bell has tolled in preparation for the death and regeneration of David Tennant's Doctor Who. Tonight's special, The Waters of Mars, which doesn't air in the US until December 19, leaves viewers in no doubt about the fateful events of the next storyline, The End of Time. Doctor Who star David Tennant has revealed his favourite snack is a sausage sandwich – with peanut butter. The 38-year-old Scottish actor, who is leaving his role as the famous Doctor at the end of the year, admitted the bizarre combination during a recent radio interview. TORCHWOOD creator Russell T. Davies has confirmed he is planning a further series next year. He told TV Guide Magazine he hopes to begin working on Season 4 in January, 2010.
