Hi from Dayna Devon!
Helloeveryone!
It's Dayna Devon here - from Extra.Im still using my Sensa and still maintaining my weight loss of almost 14 pounds. Even after all this time (6 months), I cant believe how easy it isand now I am amazed at how easy it is to MAINTAIN my weight loss.
Anyway, someone was asking me the other day what I normally eat. Well first of all it is abnormal in my world with my job to have a normal daybut if there was a normal day it would look something like this
Breakfast: Grande Soy Latte and a Starbucks Reduced Fat Turkey Bacon Sandwichwith Sensa of course!
Lunch: either a Terriyaki Bowl with Salmon from Whole Foods with the sauce on the side (includes salmon, red and yellow bell peppers, kale, cabbage, brown rice).
Or a large (and I mean LARGE) salad. I try to get a spinach salad filled with veggies and chicken. I always get the dressing on the side and I usually use Balsamic Vinegar toosometimes I only use Balsamic Vinegar (awesome because there is no fat and few calories). I am a big believer in trying to get in the recommended 9 servings of fruits and veggies per daya big lunch salad is a great way to get a lot of your servings in. And I dont forget the Sensa!
Snack: I have found the Sensa works so well I forget to snack a lot of the time but if I remember I usually eat a piece of fruit or sometimes if Im really, really craving it (this rarely happens anymore because Sensa has really helped reduce my sweet cravings) I will have some Peanut M&Ms or something.
Dinner: My husband and I are really trying to get our kids to eat healthy so we have been trying to do basically a protein with vegetables at every dinner. We make big, steaming bowls of broccoli, asparagus and brussel sprouts (we nicknamed them power balls so the kids would try them) and we use that spray butter on them. I usually have at least one glass of red wine with dinner but I swear, Sensa has made me not even crave that as much!
Workout: I am lame. I hate exerciseI always have and I always will. When I do motivate myself to do itI get on an elliptical machine for 45 minutes. I try to fit in at least one strength training session with Tate Maloy (my trainer) per week but ideally two would be better. I try to aim for 2.5 to 3 hours of workouts per weekI never really make it but that is what I aim for.
So
that
is
what
I
do,
and
its
really
not
hard.
Trust
me,
if
I
can
do
this
anyone
can
do
this.
So
just
rememberthe
key
is
using
your
Sensa
all
the
time
on
every
meal!
Some
people
notice
the
results
at
their
first
meal.
For
others
it
can
take
weeks
to
notice
a
difference.
But
you
have
to
use
it,
or
it
definitely
cant
work!
Good
luck
(but
if
youre
using
your
Sensa
you
wont
need
it)!!!!
Love
and
Good
Health,
Dayna
