The Home Depot Inc. will start selling Martha Stewart-branded paint and cleaning products next year in addition to the home decor and closet organization lines announced in September, the nation's largest home improvement retailer said Monday. Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc.'s deal with Kmart ends in January. As soon as it does, Home Depot said it will start selling the Martha Stewart cleaning products, home decor and closet organization lines. NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. home decorating expert Martha Stewart issued a statement on Friday to express her appreciation for long-time retail partner Kmart, one month after saying the quality of her company's merchandise had been diminished at their stores. Discount retailer Kmart, and its parent Sears Holding Corp, are controlled by billionaire investor Edward Lampert. Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia says Wenda Harris Millard will be stepping down from her posts as co-chief executive and president of the company's media unit. Founder Martha Stewart will be taking over all creative and editorial oversight, the company said Tuesday. Harris Millard joined the company as head of media in July 2007 and was named co-CEO in June 2008. She will not be replaced, the company said. It didn't give a reason for her departure. Executive Chairman Charles Koppelman will oversee the company's media segment, which includes Publishing, Internet and broadcast operations.
