Dionne Warwick, Sinbad Owe $5 Million in Taxes

California's budget deficit would shrink by nearly $5 million if singer Dionne Warwick and comedian Sinbad Adkins would pay their taxes.They are among the state's biggest tax scofflaws, according to a report issued Thursday by the Franchise Tax Board.Sinbad owes $2.5 million in personal income tax while Warwick owes $2.2 million, putting them in the top 10 of the state's 250 worst tax
