The Democratic National Convention is a hotbed of protests.
Police and protesters are at a stand off after a disturbance between Civic Center Park and the Sheraton resulted in several arrests. The protest happened during the opening night speaches at the 2008 Democratic National Convention on August 25, 2008 in Denver, Colorado.
