Have you ever tried teeth whitening procedure?

I am blessed with a nice sets of teeth.  I can't say that I make an effort to take care of it especially now.  When I was still in high school, we were required by the school to have a yearly dental check-up and asked us to fix any problems found in our teeth, but after high school days I didn't have the luxury to do that anymore.   I just make sure that I brush my teeth 3 to 4 times a day, I think that the last time I had my dental check-up and cleaning was about 3 years ago .


Oh my! I think I need to do it religiously, even once a year or else I will loss my precious teeth.  I even don't want to have a denture teeth because I know that it is very uncomfortable and sometimes if you don't know how to take care of it, your breath will be bad as hell.  I will even choose a guy with a not so nice sets of teeth than the one with denture teeth. 

Anyway, my topic is about teeth whitening and not the denture teeth.  Although I can say that my teeth as of the moment is not that color yellow , I still want to have a white and cleaner looking sets of teeth.  I don't know how much the laser procedure cost, but what makes me eager to do it is that I heard that teeth whitening can even help you loose weight.  How did it happen you might ask? well, I've heard that after the teeth whitening procedure you are not allowed to eat colored food so it means, water, water and lot's of water.



Yeah! I know I don't need the teeth whitening procedure if my motivation is just to loose weight, but still it will help me to control myself from eating hahaha! As of now, I am using toothpaste with teeth whitening ingredients (daw!), but if it doesn't work I will try my best to save to have that laser teeth whitening procedure.

If only there is any organization out there that will help me have it for FREE then I will be very thankful.
