The penthouse at 35 North Moore Street, Tribeca’s Merchant House, was reportedly being eyed by P. Diddy, but Brooklyn Nets guard Deron Williams is the guy who got the contract. The 6,800 square foot apartment was listed for $16.9 million, but Williams ended up paying $15.8 million, which got him a restaurant-grade kitchen, climate-controlled wine room, 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space complete with lily pond, and two parking spaces.
