The Derrion Albert video was captured by a bystander who witnessed the 16-year-old's beating death on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2009. It was acquired by Fox affiliate WFLD-Ch. 32, and turned over to police. From the Derrion Albert Video (From Fox) Silvonus Shannon, 19, Eugene Riley, 18, and Eric Carson, 16, have all been arrested and charged as adults with first degree murder in Albert's death.
