Dewey Hughes was once married to Cathy Hughes and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
Dewey is often refered to as a "radio personality".  One thing is for sure - he is a "personality".

Here's the quick skinny on some of the other people that tend to get mentioned in the same stories.

Ralph Waldo "Petey" Greene, Jr. (23 January 1931 – 10 January 1984) was an African-American television and radio talk show host. A two-time Emmy Award-winner, Greene overcame drug addiction and a prison sentence for armed robbery to become one of Washington, D.C.'s most prominent media personalities. On his shows he often talked about subjects such as racism, poverty, religion, sexuality, drug abuse, and government issues.

Cathy Hughes, born Catherine Elizabeth Woods in Omaha, Nebraska on April 22, 1947, is an African-American entrepreneur, radio and television personality and business executive.  In January 2004, Radio One launched TV One, a national cable and satellite television network which bills itself as the "lifestyle and entertainment network for African-American adults." Hughes interviews prominent personalities, usually in the entertainment industry, for the network's talk program TV One on One.

Chiwetel Ejiofor, OBE (pronounced approximately IPA: [/tʃuwɛtəl ɛdʒəfɔː/] ; born 10 July1974) is an award-winning and two-time Golden Globe Award-nominated British actor.  Dewey Hughes was portrayed by Chiwetel Ejiofor in the 2007 film Talk To Me.
