Diane Schuler, Taconic Crash Driver, Drunk, High at Time of Death

Toxicology reports released Tuesday reveal that Diane Schuler, 36, was drunk and high at the time of a crash that took 8 lives, the New York Daily News reports.Schuler was driving home from a camping trip in a minivan when she entered the northbound Taconic by driving the wrong way up an exit ramp.
