This is my first Casio digital camera. I’ve mostly used canon compacts and and the pentax tiny optios in the last years. What I have always looked for in a digicam is, in order of importance:
A. Must be small enough to fit in my jeans pocket without adding too much bulk.
B. Must be cheap (around US$200, better if it is at US$150 like this one, though I would pay up to US$250 for something with mega-great reviews).

To start things off, please. Do not listen to the reviewers who said that the lens is poor. The lens on this camera, when compared to the lens on the Canon Sd790IS, Sd1100IS, and SD770IS,simply trumps them in every way - from middle to the extreme corners of the image. The canon, however, becomes very blury toward the edges giving a kind of "motion" feeling - not the sony. Some say the canon shots look for colorful and eye-popping. The Delta 4 does what it's advertised to do: improves the look of photographs when the camera's flash is used.I use a Canon 590IS and also tested the diffuser on a Canon SD1000 and on a Kodak Easyshare M863.Photographs taken with the Delta 4 look less washed out (but still washed because of the fact that you're using a tiny flash) and the colors look richer.
