Everton sign Diniyar Bilyaletdinov

Everton have signed Russia midfielder Diniyar Bilyaletdinov from Lokomotiv Moscow for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old, who has been capped 28 times for his country, has signed a five-year deal.
