Advice and information about LCD and Plasma Televisions, which are the best models and where to get the best deals. How to get the most from your new home theatre system
I purchased this TV after my long time RCA 32" tired out. Initially, I was going to purchase a different LG 50" model, but after viewing the picture for some time, I realized that paying the $200 extra was worth every dime. Firstly, set up is a breeze! Secondly, the picture and clarity is amazing! I love this tv, and I know that you will love it, too!Get more detail about LG 47LH30 47-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV, Gloss Black. Read Full Story

I have wanted to get an HD TV for a while. I spent a weekend looking for one and saw this at a local store. I compared it to Sony, Samsung, LG and others and thought it had the best picture. The colors are better - clearer and more true to life, and it's a lot less blurry than most TVs on the shelf. It provides a much clearer picture than regular or 120 TVs for less than true 240. Football, action movies and TV shows all look great. I don't know how it would compare side by side with a true... Read Full Story
Sharp Aquos LC32D62U 32-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review
I definitely recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade to 1080p in a small affordable package. I mainly use this to play xbox 360 games which look unbeleivably better in 1080p than 480fuzz. All this throught a component cable too; someone told me at circuit city that you couldn’t get 1080p through component, but Microsoft’s website said you could, and I am viewing xbox games in 1080p…so…it always pays to get a 2nd opinion. 5 inputs... I purchased this TV for our bedroom. While the picture quality and sound are both great one thing I was not aware of and find annoying is the light on the frame, with the TV in the bedroom, the light is on all the time. It is annoying at night and there is no way to turn it off. It's like having a night light on all the time. We do cover it with a book but I must say...why is it there? It is drawing electricity unnecessarity. With all the studies of green products, you would think Vizio... Read Full Story

No one ever said you couldn’t play both sides of the fence when it comes to wireless technologies, and it seems that LG is doing precisely that at CES. LG has previously shipped HDTVs with WirelessHD technology built in, but today the company is announcing a new partnership with AMIMON. The reason for the ruckus? The outfit is fixing to ship a wireless HDTV product line with second-generation WHDI technology built in, enabling 1080p content to be sent from a source to the HDTV sans wires... Read Full Story
