I am halfway through this book which I bought to work in conjunction with The Juicy Woman , 'Losing Weight Without Dieting program'. So far, I am very impressed with it's logical easy-to-follow approach which covers all aspects of the underlying factors that cause serial dieters to struggle so much with food and gives some great advice to overcome these! This week’s call focussed on tackling our fear based limiting beliefs that we harbour inside ourselves throughout our whole lives.
