The National Football Post reports on the Broncos promoting LB Diyral Biggs to the roster. The Broncos have promoted outside linebacker Diyral Briggs to the active roster from the practice squad, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. The Broncos placed wide receiver Matt Willis on injured reserve to create a roster pot for Briggs. Briggs was cut by the San Francisco 49ers earlier this season.
