My Siberian Husky Was Abused!? Advice On Behavioral Issues Please.?

I got her from a family- who can no longer care for her. She doesn't seem to like my chihuahua but I've only introduced them once. I need advice on what to do- I don't want to bring her to a trainer I will train her myself so I just need advice on where to start.
