Registration of domains in non-Latin (ASCII) characters will be approved this week – described as the biggest change in internet's 40 years of existence. Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) will hold a meeting in Seoul, South Korea, where the organization is expected to enable the introduction of a limited number of internationalized country-code top level domain names.
