Donald Brashear , hard-hitting forward for the Washington Capitals , will be out for six games following two separate incidents during the Capitals' playoff game against the New York Rangers . Brashear will get a one game suspension for getting physical with Colton Orr during warm-ups, and five games for a blindside hit against Blair Betts that put Betts out of the game with a head injury. In a 2010 issue of The Hockey News, Brashear was named enforcer of the decade although he didn’t lead the league in fighting majors during that time, they noted he would have been involved in more if “he wasn’t so feared”. The Rangers are hitting back, signing top enforcer Donald Brashear right after losing tough guy Colton Orr to the Toronto Maple Leafs. A few hours into the NHL free-agent shopping season began Wednesday, Orr signed a four-year deal with the Maple Leafs. New York responded by plucking Brashear away from Washington.
