The Philadelphia Eagles’ quarterback, Donovan McNabb and wife, Roxie, are expecting their fourth child together. The baby is due sometime in December, a time McNabb knows all too well. Vick is eligible for the first time after serving a two-game suspension as the final league penalty for his role in running a dogfighting ring.
