Dontae Morris, the man accused of killing two Tampa police officers, David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab, during a traffic stop Tuesday morning, has turned himself in to police. Dontae Rashawn Morris is a suspect in the shooting deaths of two Tampa, Fla. police officers this morning, according to the AP. Police say the 24-year-old shot and killed officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab during a traffic stop about 2am, after he and Cortnee Nicole Brantly (who is in custody) were stopped for not having a visible license plate.
