Doris Day news, related photos and videos, and reviews of Doris Day performances. According to Wikipedia: Doris Mary Ann von Kappelhoff, known as Doris Day, is an American singer, actress, and animal welfare advocate. A vivacious blonde with a wholesome image, she was one of the most prolific actresses of the 1950s and 1960s. Able to sing, dance, and play comedy and dramatic roles, she has been an all-round star whose personality has permeated many popular and diverse movies.
Services for Mabel Doris McCraw, 90, of Lubbock, will be 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 13, 2009 at Bacon Heights Baptist Church with the Reverend Truman Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Sanders Funeral Home. Mrs. McCraw passed away on Nov. 10, 2009.
