Drew Peterson is an ex-cop from Illinois who some believe killed both his third and fourth wives.

Rules set for Drew Peterson's calls, interviews

A judge is making it tougher for Drew Peterson to talk to the media from jail.

Will County Judge Stephen White ordered Peterson's lawyers on Wednesday to give him phone numbers of family, friends and attorneys that Peterson calls. White says if Peterson wants to call somebody not on the list, he has to notify the jail.

Peterson has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the 2004 death of his third wife Kathleen Savio. He's also a suspect in the 2007 disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy.

The judge's order comes after Peterson called a radio show from jail.

White also wants to be notified on all interviews and press releases.

The judge also ordered the names of witnesses and potential witnesses be sealed.
