DANBURY -- Police arrested a Shelton man on drunken driving and multiple other charges after they responded to a disturbance at a Mill Plain Road bar early Sunday.
Elton Ndoj, 31, was wanted by police in two other towns for failure to appear in court on traffic and criminal charges, police said.
