Death Penalty Upheld for Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., Dru Sjodin Murderer

Today in a federal appeals court upheld the the death penalty for Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., the man found guilty of kidnapping, raping, and killing 22-year-old college student Dru Sjodin just six months after Rodriguez had been released from prison. By a 2-1 decision, the federal appeals court decided that Rodriguez should die for his crimes.
