My faith in justice has been partially restored. The rogue prosecutor in the Duke lacrosse case has been disbarred. I hope that Mr Nifong will also be criminally prosecuted for his actions. He lied to the court in his actions and should be punished for it. Simply disbarring him is not enough for someone who was in his position.
