The powers that be at Rolling Stone probably thought they were doing something tres edgy when they decided to make accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokar Tsarnaev the cover boy for their August issue. Dzhokar Tsarnaev was arrested as 'Suspect Number 2' after the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings and explosions. His brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed during the police manhunt.
