There was an announcement that the roll-call vote at the Democratic Convention will be cut off after the first few states. Please note that the head of the Arkansas delegation (State number 4 in the roll-call) was murdered on Aug. 13th. This was the day after he allegedly agreed in a telephone call to back the petition of the independent Hillary Rodham Clinton group (that is, the one pushing for the standard procedure to be observed).
