Exotic Plants Destroying Biodiversity In the United States
Exotic plants are great in their exotic homelands. Preserving them in their jungles and biodiverse rainforests is a worthy goal, but when these plants come to live in our forests and waters, they can destroy biodiversity here at home! Invasive exotic plant species, (I call them Alien Pests) are a serious threat not just in terms of the cost of damage, or the cost of control, but mostly in the loss of biodiversity! Save the rainforests, just don’t bring them to live here!
