By Rafael E. Berrocal R. for La Prensa - Panama's National Environmental Authority (ANAM) says Petaquilla Minerals does not have the permits and permissions required to construct their gold mine and a plant to process the ore, but that has not kept the company from continuing their construction in the middle of the jungle in the Donoso District of the Colon province.
