Jackson threw 149 pitches, 10 baserunners allowed and eight walks in the 1-0 game, and the Diamondbacks emerged victorious. It's only the second no-hitter in the team's history, according to MLB.com.

"It was a weird game. There were a lot of walks, and it was just a weird game," said first baseman Adam LaRoche. "Not a ton of tough plays. 'Effectively wild' would apply. It was awesome."
The game wasn't perfect, but it was still pretty impressive.
"I told [manager A.J. Hinch], 'I'm not coming out until I give up a home run or a hit,' " Jackson said. "I told him he could skip my next start, but I'm not coming out."
