Ravens safety Haruki Nakamura broke his right ankle on the opening kickoff of Monday night's game at Cleveland. Nakamura, a Cleveland native, was grabbing the ground in pain as trainers wrapped an air cast around his foot and carted him off the field. Baltimore's Lardarius Webb returned the opening kickoff 31 yards on the play.

The Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday cut kicker Steve Hauschka, who missed a 36-yard field goal and had a conversion blocked in Monday night's 16-0 win over Cleveland. No replacement was immediately chosen. Former New York Jets kicker Mike Nugent and former Dallas Cowboys kicker Billy Cundiff worked out for the Ravens last week.

Cedric Benson topped 100 yards again on Sunday, and the Bengals scored on their first three possessions, setting up a 17-7 victory over Baltimore that kept surprising Cincinnati atop the AFC North and undefeated against division foes.

Browns wide receiver Josh Cribbs was injured on the final play and laid motionless on the field following the Baltimore Ravens' 16-0 win over the Cleveland Browns on Monday night. Cribbs caught a pass from Brady Quinn on the final play and lateraled to Robert Royal. Following the pitch, Cribbs was hit hard under the helmet by nose tackle Brandon McKinney.
