This tiny retro-pod is part of a multi-vehicle concept Honda calls HELLO, or Honda ELectric mobility LOop. The HELLO lineup ranges from the fuel-cell-powered FCX Clarity sedan to the gyroscopically controlled U3-X unicycle(think Segway, but even dorkier). The EV-N sits somewhere in the middle.
