Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd. will develop a 10-megawatt (MW) solar power plant in Dongtai, Jiangsu Province in conjunction with its strategic partner Huadian New Energy Development Co. Ltd. (HNE). Suntech will supply solar modules and design and manage the installation of the plant. Suntech holds a minority share of the project.
