Let me do a brief recap of episode 10 (which I didn’t review, but so what)…………… In a flashback, we find out that a virus which can spread just like a flu bug is the cause of babies being born with horns and incredible powers. By Shirakawa’s orders, all babies afflicted with this disease were quarantined and executed.
