Oscar-nominated actress Elisabeth Shue has signed on to “CSI,” replacing departing longtime cast member Marg Helgenberger. The 48-year-old Shue, known for movies like “Adventures in Babysitting,” “The Karate Kid,” “Cocktail,” and “Leaving Las Vegas,” will make her first appearance on the CBS drama in February of 2012.
