Converse signed power forward Elton Brand to a sneaker contract at the beginning of the 2008-09 NBA season. However, Brand was unable to play a lot of games in his then newly-designed Converse EB1 due to an injury. This year, barring any injury, Brand will be lacing up his second signature sneaker dubbed the Converse EB2 .
