Billy Joel has pulled out of his concert with Elton John , citing mysterious medical reasons as his reason for backing out .
Elton had previously suffered from the flu and was set to return to the stage, but ended up scrapping his U.K. tour and a gig in Ireland, after suffering with the nasty symptoms.
