Sir Elton John's " The Red Piano " debuted at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in February 2004. Now the bewigged and bespectacled genius rock icon has given his 200th performance , and after returning to Las Vegas later in the year plans to bring the Red Piano to England, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and France. Billy Joel has pulled out of his concert with Elton John , citing mysterious medical reasons as his reason for backing out .
Elton had previously suffered from the flu and was set to return to the stage, but ended up scrapping his U.K. tour and a gig in Ireland, after suffering with the nasty symptoms.
