My husband sent me the video below. It is Barack Obama in Emerson’s Barber Shop in Marion, South Carolina.
I enjoyed watching this video because it took me back in time….to when blacks were not so in a rush, so busy. I LOVE southern states because the life is at a slower pace and people care about other people.

Emerson Drive fiddle player David Pichette and wife Jill have welcomed their first child into the world! Emma Victoria Pichette was born Friday, November 21st at 5:35 PM and weighed in at 5 pounds, 14 ounces.
No other details have been released.
David told radio station CJFW just last week that he was “fully expecting to eat fast food for Thanksgiving” because of Emma’s expected arrival.
