Just because someone makes up a lie and puts it on the internet, does not make it true. Where is any proof of this drunk girl's accuations?
Emily Carlson was not on trial here.
This was the trial of a woman who was caught driving with a blood alcohol level of .29.
She made wild accusations on the stand in order to escape the concequences.
By law, she is protected on the stand and can say whatever lies she wants.
However, the police investigated what she said, and thought it was riduiculous.
Neither Carlson nor Ninomiya were charged with any crimes. In fact, they were there at the trial at the request of the prosecution to counter her claims.
